Santa Rosa Improvement Vitalization Enterprise
$10,000 GRANTS AVAILABLE
Santa Rosa County is reviving a grant program this summer designed to help ease some of the financial burden that updating your small business can bring.
If you are a small business owner anywhere in Santa Rosa County, you may be eligible for grant funds up to $10,000 for exterior facade improvements, including signage, through the 2024 StRIVE grant.
Grant applications are open May 1 through July 2024 or until funds are exhausted.
Use Grant Funds for:
- Exterior Painting
- Exterior Lighting
- New Windows & Doors
- New or Replacement Awnings
- Restoration of Architectural Features
- Parking Improvements
- Screening & Fencing
- Sprinkler System
- Signage
- Soft Costs (licenses, permit fees etc.)
